What is glucose syrup and where can I buy it? Apparently it isn't corn syrup. It is used in a recipe to make "chocolate plastic"...a pliable chocolate mixture that can be rolled out similar to fondant.

I get it at Michaels its next to all of the extracts. I have also found it at cake dec. supply stores

Oh dear I thought glucose syrup was the UK equivelent corn syrup, I cant seem to find corn syrup here, would any CC members know if there is a corn syrup under a different name in UK......or should I look harder to find it here icon_lol.gif

Thanks! I'll look at Michael's. I bet it's more viscous than corn syrup.
