I used to have a recipe where you placed cookie dough in the bottom of a cupcake papercups and then topped with a cheesecake filling. I really
would like to find it again as my kids loved them. thanks!!!!

First off, welcome to CC - we hope you stay awhile, even after you find your cheesecake recipe icon_razz.gif

This is one that is in the recipe section, but it doesn't have the cookie crust. http://www.cakecentral.com/cake_recipe-260-0-Cheesecake-Cupcakes.html

I have made cheesecakes for years and pretty much you should be able to use any cookie dough for your base and a "matching" cheesecake recipe for the topping. You will have to adjust your cooking time down since you are not baking a normal size cake in a spring form pan. HTH. Maybe someone else will have exactly what you are looking for!

I have seen recipes on allrecipes dot com that are similar to what you are looking for. The one I have been wanting to try is the one with the nilla wafer cookie bottom.
