What would you charge for this.

1 10" Cake With Ribbon around the bottom
and
192 Cupcakes with monograms on top

This is for a wedding for a friend of ours in February.

Also how do you apply the ribbon?

Thanks in advance.

Hey Fellow Canadian,

I would charge $85.00 for the 10 inch and between $1.25-$1.75 for the cupcakes. They are more time consuming than a large wedding cake.I just lightly press the ribbon into the icing and wrap around careful to be straight. The icing will hold the ribbon on.

That's a good quote!! some people think that cupcakes should be really cheap but they are alot of work and still require decorating...Weddings are specialty cakes so the pricing is more than regular cakes.

Darn it's cold here....Brrrrrr
