I was looking for a recipe to use with my candy molds, I want to do a filled chocolate, but something different than the usual chocolate truffle or nut/fruit filling. Anyone know of a creamy center filling? or something like a nougat?

I have a book with a bunch of diffrent fillings for candy including almond nougat, vanilla butter creams, whipped cream centers, DeLuxe centers, maple creams, chocolate french creams, ect. I can go on forever. Just PM me and I'll type up the recipies for you.
