UK, Sweden, Korea....Does anyone know if I can do this if I am a small producer. i know rules apply to volume, like packaging requirements and such. But I am haveing a tough time finding the answer to this question.

Unfirtunately, the UPS assumes you already KNOW if you are ALLOWED to ship to that country. They just tell you how.

Have you called your local post office branch or went in person to ask them? I have questions everytime I mail my BIL a package overseas. I recently mailed him one in Sept. I asked one of the USPS employees @ the post office, what I couldn't send & what I could. He told me. That might be another option. I'm sorry I couldn't be more help.

What are you shipping? Things that can survive a couple of weeks or things that are very perishable? Sending anything overseas requires they take a trip through local customs and that can cause heavy delays in delivery. (I sent cookies from US to Canada in March of this year = over 2 weeks for delivery!)

I'd send no international packages via USPS. I'd instead go for a major shipper like UPS or FedEx and send overnight or 2 day delivery only, just to be safe. Even then, there's no guarantee how fast it'll go through customs.
