can i use the evaporated milk carmel fot a filling for cansy. Also could I use flavored mmf or nutella or peanut butter ...what do you all use in candy for filling?

Yes, you can use all of those! But, if you are using a soft filling you will have to coat a mold with chocolate, then pour in the soft filling and top with more chocolate... you can't do the roll-n-dip method! MESSY!! Haha!
