Hi,
I just made a cookie cake for a customer. It's a chocolate chip cookie made in a 14" pizza pan and decorated with chocolate buttercream and m&m's. It's nothing fancy. Anyway, I'm unsure about how much to charge. Can someone help me? I live in a small city in Ohio. So, we aren't talking top dollar here. Thanks.

Hi There - I made a quick call the local (Dallas) Great American Cookie company, and they sell a 16" for $22.99. You could probably charge the same (maybe a little less) depending on your ingredient cost. Does that help?

OH Thank you. I told her 15. I guess I way undercharged her. Oh well, I told her I wasn't really sure the going price for cookies and I might raise my price for next time. I want to give her an accurate price when I drop off this one. Thanks so much! I appreciate your help.
