I'm making a WASC wedding cake this week and bought some Sam's Club Buttercreme. I just dont have the time to make my own so I thoguht I'd try using Sam's after much reading of the posts here at CC. thumbs_up.gif

My question is....What flavors would be good to add to the Sam's Club BC to make it more of "my own" I prefer the taste of my own, and would like to jazz this up a bit. I add vanilla and butter flavor to mine.

Thanks for your help!!

What kind of filling are you putting into the cake? You could do something to coordinate with it in the icing.

Two of my favorites are a combination of butter, almond and vanilla flavorings and the other is creme bouquet (it's heavenly)!!!

lemon might be nice with the bavarian cream, or just do vanilla and butter flavoring for a neutral flavor.
