Hi everyone...I was wondering if anyone knows the best way to make the top of a "Limoges" box cake stay open?

How did you make out with this one? I kept trying to think of a way but never came up with anything other than propping it open with a few hidden mini marshmallows!

Elegant cheesecakes has a stacked Limoges box cake on their website, but all the lids are closed. Verry pretty though.
