Hi everyone....I searched the site but no luck! Does anyone have instructions for those great pillow-shaped cakes? They are so pretty. I found one in the gallery by Cakes by Sam that had a small pillow and a tiara....but I have seen 4 or 5 stacked cakes all in pillow shapes on different websites and I would love to know how to do that....I appreciate your time!
I unfortunately can't help you on this one, BUT if you can get your hands on 'Cakes to Dream On' by Colette Peters, it has instructions on how to do it in there.
=) Sorry I couldn't be more help!

I would think layering square cakes together, freezing it and then carving it.. Although the link I sent you looks as if there would be no carving involved..

I saw that same cake by Cakes by Sam and I've been looking for days in the gallery and haven't found it again, do you remember where it was? A friend wanted to see it. Thanks
The cake you are looking for by Cakes by Sam is in the Theme/3D category under Fantasy/Gothic/Fairytail. It's a beautiful one! She also has a website to order supplies. I've ordered some awesome things from her that have made decorating even more fun. I love gadgets
