I need advice....or ideas

I went to GFS and bought Rich's Whip Topping....thinking that it was Bettercreme!!!

Now I have a can of this stuff......what do you use it for??? I know it's like cool whip....but is there anyway to use it in cake??

How have any of you used this?? I guess this stuff has to be refrigerated.....grrr....I am soo mad that our GFS doesn't carry bettercreme....I was soo excited thinking that's what I bought LOL!!

Anyway....help??!!

You mean its under pressure in a can, like with a squirt nozzel? Like Reddi-Whip? Good on top of a chocolate sundae or strawberry shortcake . . .

No....it's a liquidy like stuff that you have to whip yourself like whipping cream....it's non dairy...but, it still says it needs refridgerated.

I was wondering if anyone has ever used this stuff like an icing or filling.....does it hold up well??? I have just never had a cake besides strawberry shortcake...that required whip topping....just looking for ideas.

maybe mix it with some pureed fruit for a light cake filling

My favorite dessert in summer:

The filling is made with whipping cream so if that's what you have, it should work.

Okay....I whipped this stuff up...it's really just like cool whip...but I think it's thicker...more realistic to real whipped cream. I used it to make cookies and cream filling (YUMM-O) and I actually iced an 8' round in it....it's pretty good, it holds up well.... Just thought I'd give an update on this stuff.
