When I do a wedding cake and they ask me how many a round 9 inch serves I have no idea. is there somewhere to find something like that?
here you go, wilton also has one I believe their servings are bigger then wedding servings.

how come sheet pans are not listed on the 2" deep serving guide? i want the servings for the decorator preferred 9X13 and 11X15. unlike the performance pans, the servings are not listed on the package insert.

I was just wonderin if anyone goes by Collette's cake servings? Hers are in between Earlene's and Wilton's. I found them in her book Collette's cakes.

I found them in the Wilton Yearbook, in a separate little section, with the heading: Party Cakes- 1-1/2 x 2" slices:
Sheets:
9 x 13 = 45 servings
11 x 15 = 60 servings
12 x 18 = 72 servings
