Sorry, I didn't title this correctly the first time.

Would anyone be willing to share the secrets (instructions) for the large cupcake bouquet? I am planning to make 3 of the large size (19 cupcakes, I believe) for my Grandmother's birthday. I am planning to use the cardettes for holding the cupcakes.
What size pot, styrofoam, etc?? I've read all the other posts and how-to's I could find. I only saw the small ones. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
