Help! I got an order for an eagle cake for a man's birthday. The client wants a sheet cake with BC icing. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks alot

and do a fbct and then obviously instead of the letter E write "Happy Birthday ...."

You could do a fbct or ct of an eagle in flight. There's one in my pics. Ignore the border color, it was suppose to be burgandy.
