I was thinking about this a couple of days ago.

Why not start a business with those who were in your class or with people from here, CC, in your area? icon_rolleyes.gif

It could really work. Of course, you'd want to pick the best one. I just wanted to share my thought; although it probably seems like an absurdity. icon_twisted.gif

ive also thought the same thing. its too expensive for one person to start up a business, why not do it as a group. But then thinking about it, who would get the walk in customers, etc etc im not sure it would work. But what i thought would be a good idea would be to have a huge commercial kitchen where people could rent time and space. I know of a kitchen linked to a kitchen show room and they rent a lot of time out to the test cooks of some several large restaurants here.
