help...please. I've been seeing some fondant turkeys in the gallery and was wondering if anyone would share their directions with me.

I'd PM the artist directly and ask for directions, Many times they are honored to share!

If it is one of the "cooked" turkeys, I remember reading the quotes under the picture from one of the first ones made and found out how they did it.
