Making brownies in a sheet pan

i did this before ages ago and quickly forgot how i did it.

i need to know how many std boxes of brownie mix to use for a sheet pan full of brownies. i'm using DH Chocolate Lover's Brownies Milk Chocolate Chunk.

when i made them, i remeber that they were thinner than normal brownies, which i liked because it made them neater to bite. but that means i'll have to adjust my baking time. how do you tell that brownies are done? i mean, you can't do a toothpick test, so how can you tell?

can someone please help, i need to make these today for a school picnic tomorrow.

not sure how mnay boxes you'd need.......I would gather to say at least two, maybe three.........I would start with two and see what you think?? So buy three, make two, and then poss. make the other LOL Anyhow.....the way I tell if they're done (and the way I was taught how to tell) is that when the edges look "done" and the center starts to get that kinda crackly stage on top (even though the center is not set up) take them out and they will continue to cook a bit and be "chewy" brownies......if you like them more done then that leave them in longer hth
