This question is for those of you that rent kitchen space...

I am going to look at a kitchen tomorrow and I am wondering what are some of the things that you would ask for in a contract. This will be the cafe owners first time renting out his kitchen and obviously my first so I want to go with some info so we can get straight to business. I don't want to leave anything out and there have a problem later. TIA
