If anyone has kept the product insert sheet for the 11X15 pan (I know, it does not have recipes or projects listed on it, but please bear with me), can you describe to me the picture of the sheet cake they have printed on there.

I went to Southern Homes and Gardens lastnight and walked into a cake decorator's heaven!! It is practically like stepping into the Wilton Yearbook product section!! I was going to buy the 11X15 Performance Pan but then I saw they had the full line of the Preferred pans (you know, the one with the perfectly straight angled sides!). I couldn't get both. I decided on the Preferred pan and tried to memorize the design of the cake on the Performance pan. I remember borders but I can't remember the lay-out of the flowers that were on it. I haven't found any design that I like as much as that one. I would love to this cake for my SIL's bridal shower next weekend. Even better, if anyone has the capability of scanning that insert, that would be awesome. Here is what I can remember of the cake I'm talking about:

Pink/mauve-like color with some white shell borders and I think they were almost a fuschia-hewed flower in each of the four corners. It was flat iced on top with just an oval centered on it to place your message. The oval was made with probably a tip 21 shell border. The outside edge/top border was two ruffles (on top of the cake edges - not hanging off the sides) with a shell border between the ruffles. The base of the cake is bordered with a large shell border.

Hang on, I am taking a picture for you.

Here you go. It is a little blurry, but the best I can do since the picture is so small.

I didn't have a scanner, so I took a digital picture. Hope this is the one.

Yes yes yes!!! Thanks so much to both of you!! That is it. They are a little blurry, but I can make out what I need on them - except for the flowers. What do you think they are? Are those Wild Roses? I can't tell exactly from the picture. Again, thanks so much for your fast response!! I don't know what I would do without this site. thumbs_up.gif Tarina

They look like apple blossoms to me. Here are the directions from Wilton:http://www.wilton.com/decorating/basic/blossoms.cfm
