First of all Hi everyone!! I've been reading your posts for so long now that I feel I know some of you. I've been decorating since summer. I was asked to do a cake for in-laws 50th ann. took the 3 wilton classes and am now addicted. Anyway, I work at a catering facility and we cut wedding cakes every weekend. Recently I tasted a cake that tasted just like angel food cake, but has the texture of a white cake. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven it was soooo good. Does anyone have any idea how to make this kind of cake?? Thanks soo much.
