I wonder how they did the party hats with the ruffle at the bottom, I think it's fondant.

I'm still trying to figure out how they made the blue on the jeans look "shaded"???? Any ideas out there...I would love to try to make a pair of jeans
(such a cute idea) but can't figure out how to get that blue jean look? Throw
some of your thoughts out and I'll try to make some!
