Is my butter suppose to be at room temp? I am starting them as soon as someone answers my question...PLEASE LET ME KNOW~Melissa

yes...If you are doing NFSC...not too soft though

You can soften a pound of butter by putting it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.....unwrapped though!!!!
