has anyone else had problems with the wilton meringue? last few times i made royal icing and thinned it down to flood cookies it becomes tacky and will not dry.. never had a problem till recently.. just curious.. do you think its possible that the merigue would go bad... even if its a brand new container?

Never had that problem but perhaps it was thinned too much, were all utensils completely grease free or how about humidity? Just some things to consider!
