Ideas for a'gone fishin' cake

I'm dealing with an indecisive gramma here. But she is really good about referrals, so I want to do a good job. I'm making the cake for her 8 year old grandson Friday. Not a big cake...maybe 8" round. She ordered it a month ago and it was supposed to be exactly like a Nemo cake I've made. End of last week, she decided she didn't want Nemo. He likes fishing - frogs and crabs....and I'm supposed to be creative! icon_rolleyes.gif

I'm thinking something cartoonish? I have some ideas....but nothing that I really feel would be right...Please help!

If you take a look in my photos there is a fishing cake, I think it is the first one, I had the same dilemma, the customer wanted a fishing cake for his dad, the whole thing was up to me, and this is what I came up with....

It turns out this was one of my favorites......
