The Alibi: A Wedding Cake Disaster

Has anyone else read this? It's a short story about a true wedding cake disaster from a world famous chef. If I wrote this, I think I would have concealed my real identity--LOL! There's more info about the book and a link to the story here.

He's not retired but he might be after the book's release in Oct.

Did anyone else find it strange how he traveled with the cake...seemed so careless for a pro. I guess that isn't the most disturbing part anyway icon_razz.gif

That was a great story....but I can't believe he admitted it...imagine if the bride realizes it was her after all these years! hee hee

OOOOOOH! Disgusting, that's what I have to say about it! Even a novice cake decorator would know to be careful transporting a cake....and putting the topper in place once you get there. But to serve cake after an animal or anything has licked on it????? YUCK!

OMG This one of those stories that makes you think.. " Thank god I make my own cakes!!". You know I always here people say " dogs mouth is cleaner than humans".. LMAO I have a pitbull and shit-poo (hehe). I've seen them groom themselves icon_redface.gif .. NOT TRUE!!!
