Maybe a chocolate w/ dipped fruit? Buttercream w/ ganache drizzle? You know, maybe not one that really says something, but just looks nice. Unless he wants it to say something?

maybe something iced in chocolate... doesn't have to have anything written on it or anything. perhaps chocolate covered strawberries on top and basketweave or cornelli lace?

What flavor are you dong? Maybe just something chocolate, with chocolate strawberries and fruit? Or, maybe if they flew or drove, you could do something with a car or plane and write something along the lines of be careful, safe and thanks for coming in! Not much help, sorry! Katie

Maybe a pretty chocolate cake??? It can be elegant w/out being too happy. One of the pirouette cakes would be nice too. Simple but nice.

How about "Thanks for Your Thoughtfulness" and just put a single flower of some type?

I agree, chocolate would be a great choice! And I am seeing little violets with leaves.

I also think chocolate perhaps with just a few molded chocolate roses and choc leaves...I think simple is best
The dipped fruit with chocolate also sounds good to me..

Having worked with several hundred hispanics, I've learned a little about their culture. Key word being "a little". I have heard that daisys are what they decorate graves with there, and I know they are very very partical to fruits other than sweets.. Hope this helps!!
