In the stay ice frosting recipe it calls for two table spoons of stay ice, what is stay ice and where do you get it.

Stay Ice is an icing stabilizer. It's supposed to keep icing from melting in hot weather. It's been discontinued in a lot of stores so you might need to call to see if a store carries it or still has any in stock.
