Here is a link to the website where you can get a ton of info provided by Cali4dawn. She explains how to do a BCT, make a Cupcake cake and even fill the cupcakes. thumbs_up.gif

What tip is used to color in a buttercream transfer? I have never done this before, but I would really like to try!!

A lot depends on what size transfer you are making and the details on it. I use the round tips, 1, 2, 3 mostly but sometimes use 5, 7 or 10 even when the design isn't detailed and I have a large area to fill in.

Have FUN, BCT's are really great to work with I think!!

Like smileyface said ~ the detailed areas need a smaller tip. You can use a larger tip for filling in the larger areas.

I've used parchment paper BUT I always grease my paper before doing the BCT.. Just to be safe!
