Hey everyone - I'm trying to make a cake for my girlfriend's 30th birthday and she loves a filling from a professional bakery called cheesecake filling. I'd love to try it, but I haven't found any recipes!! Does anyone have any ideas??

Phiadelphia cream cheese just came out with a tub of cheesecake filling. It is in the grocery stores. Maybe you could use that since it is ready made.
