I'm making a white cake and want to put a rasberry filling in it. I found this recipe on this site but what is Polander Seedless Rasberry? Is it a jam??

1 8oz. brick cream cheese,softened
1 15oz. jar Polander seedless rasberry
1 8 oz. tub cool whip (I use cool whip lite)

Polander is a fabulous upscale brand of jelly and jam. It is high quality and tastes really good! The seedless is excellent for these recipes! You can find it at almost any grocer. Good luck, and thanks for making me hungry!! hahaha!

I made raspberry buttercream filling for my dtrs wedding cake. I used regular ole buttercream (stiff) and put in the amount of raspberry preserves (seedless) to taste and it was wonderful! Lots of compliments!

I always just make a standard cream cheese icing and add whatever preserves I need such as strawberry, raspberry, etc.
