I am doing a 12' 10' 8' and 6' square cake and she is wanting rows of white chocolate covered straweberries lining them. How do I figure about how many I will need to do this and to charge for? Thanks, Katie

I would charge a certain amount per strawberry...say a dollar each or something......and as for figuring out how many you need??? I would take a modestly sized strawberry and measure it and then using your cake pans figure out how many you can fit around and maybe add a couple extra per cake to be on the safe side......I mean a dollar per strawberry will more than cover you?? I would also let the customer know that in the event you need a couple extra that she/he will be charged accordingly!
