I found the large blocks of Ghiradelli melting chocolates at Sam's club earlier today. They're a seasonal item, and when they're out, the often don't get more. I haven't used them myself, but have read here that they're great. So if you're in the market, hurry to your local Sam's Club!

You can use them for making candy or coating fruit, whatever your heart desires.

These blocks are GREAT!! We use them for family functions with our chocolate fountain. Just melt them in the microwave and add a little veg oil to thin it out! It is always a hit!!!

and i assume it tastes better than wiltons melts?

I have only ever gotten the milk choc, but they also carry the white. But for the taste of the milk choc, it blows the melts out of the water
