...so has anyone tried adding ganache for making this?
Whatta ya think? Should I try it?

Are you making MMF or regular fondant? If MMF, I don't know. For regular fondant, save yourself the trouble of making the ganache and just add chocolate chips to the cooking portion of the fondant. Don't forget to strain it before adding the powdered sugar.
