What is the best recipe for chocolate to put in molds? Do you just use plain chocolate or do you add anything to it??

Thanks for any advice!

I have always used the plain chocolate. If you add flavorings, you have to be careful, if it water based it will cause your chocolate to sieze up. Not a good thing!

I've used semi-sweet chocolate, white chocolate, and candy melts. I've had them plain and with nuts and raisins. The only flavoring i used was mint extract and that turned out ok.
