Heck, I bought the Baker's p.sugar from sams' by the case on a weekly basis!!! I always sift my p.sugar. I never had a problem with it.

If u buy so much then why don't you just get the 25 pound bags. For me it is a storage issue, but it sounds like you would go through it so fast. Unless it would possibly be my other issue which is trying to lug a 25 pound bag might not be so easy. LOL

I'm not sure if its the same brand but I use the 7lb bag of PS from Costco all the time and have never had a problem with it. I don't know if its B&C but it does have a zip top closing and has an American flag on the bag.

that's all I use is the Sam's club ps and I think it's great. I've never had a problem with.

I never had a problem with it when I first bought it, but I noticed back in December that the icing was turning out gritty. Walmart's GV brand was pure cane then they changed it to beet, so I figured that is what happened to the Baker's Choice as well.
