I tried a week ago, a Carrot Cake from Quiznos it was the best I ever had. I wonder how the icing was made. It was a very white thick glaze that tasted like cream cheese. But it was not the usual cream cheese frosting.
Is there a cheese or cream cheese flavoring?
This is a weird question but I'm almost icon_confused.gif sure the icing didn't have creamcheese.

I've never heard of a cream cheese flavoring but if there's one out there it would be great.

Hi Wandy,

I haven't used it personally yet but plan on ordering some from the website Janice posted, among others.

However, I have tasted it in a cake that my former Wilton instructor made and it was pretty good.

I ran a search earlier here on Lorann Oils and found that someone posted about adding approx. 1/4 tsp of the oils to 6 cups of BC.

Thank you, I may be buying some soon, I think it's a great alternative. Creamcheese frosting tends to melt in hot weather, and it's very hot here.
