okay, finally my website is up! DH finished most of it this morning at about 1 am, since my advertising on the knot goes live today i had to have a website for brides to see. i only have 9 of my 25 cake photos up right now, the rest will go up tonight. but all the content info is there and the design is finished. could i get some honest opinions on it?

clearly written?
am i missing any crucial information?
was anything confusing?

Wonderful site, You are very good and the site is very clear and to the point.
My only question is on the "about us" page the word adult is mis-spelled.adoult.easy fix.

1. On your "About Us" page you have a typo - "As an adoult I took the next step from " I did not proof read you web page but Adult being spelt wrong just popped out.

2. On your "Common Questions" - Consultations - Do you charge for your tastings?

The only suggestion I have is on the contact page put the city and state you're in on it. I had another CC member go to my page and give me that advice. I think that might save you some time for people that are really far away and let people in your state know where you're located exactly. Just a thought!

Very professional looking, just one point?

You mention your cost per serving... do you intend a minimum order amount? I know I have read a few posts on here about professionals not doing tiny cakes as it is not cost effective so a minimum order might be worth mentioning if you are going down ths route....

What a very nice site. I enjoyed exploring it. I want to let you know that on the page "about us" under "the designer," the word "adult" is misspelled. I hate to be nitpicky, but my eyes tend to catch these things and I thought you'd want to know.

I think that your website is very nice and speaks volumes about your professionalism. The only question now is when are you going to start renting your husband out!

thanks for all the nice comments! im glad you guys liked it! i completely missed that typo, lol i'll get that fixed tonight. and some good advice about adding some details. DH is a graphic designer, so he designed and put up the site for me. he was behind schedule (as usual, lol) so had to take several vacation days from his job last week to work on it.

You should tell the reader where you are located; I wondered because $3 a serving for fondant is really low in Massachusetts!

one thought: the only possible reference to your physical location is your phone number! You might wanted to include in the about us located in... city, state... and your area of delivery
