It would be awesome if it got up over 500 before I print it off tonight!!! icon_eek.gificon_eek.gif In just a day and a half!!!!!!! Imagine what kind of public support that would demonstrate!!

Keep encouraging people to sign even after today. We need all the help we can get.

It's at 404 now, and I've just sent out another reminder to those in my addy book whose signatures are not on there yet.

I got a bunch of signatures on there since I sent out requests last night. This is so exciting. I'm praying we can make a difference.

Looks like we're going to get 450+ by the time I print it out and take it in! That is amazing and awesome. When I started the petition, I told DH, "I'm not taking it in if I can't get 100, it will just look silly." Wow, were my expectations exceeded!

It's official, Texas Cottage Food Law.com is up and running! There is even a very rudimentary discussion forum. That is where I'm going to try to move most of this effort (at least my part of it). I will be posting there tomorrow after my meeting.

p.s. I baked the Senator and his staff a cake. What kind of cake lady would I be if I didn't? icon_lol.gif
