..I use to buy Wesson quick blend and liked it.... but NO ONE in my town sells hi-ratio now..so I am needing some SOON
So now I have a little selection but I am buying online (thanks for the link) which would you buy and why? Have you tried a few brands??

Well, after learning that Sweetex is a cake AND icing hi-ratio shortening and Alpine is an icing hi-ratio shortening...
(HYMO might be an icing shortening and SUPER HYMO might be a cake AND icing shortening.)

Both of the Hymo say cake and Icing..
I just called their 800 number to ask, but the office is closed.

Hi I just ordered from Stover and they were great. I ordered the 50lb of Wesson Quick Blend and 50 lb of 12x sugar. THe shipping was $50 from PA to Missouri. THey are in Pittsburg, PA, they shipped on Monday and I got it on Wednesday. Really fast. You cant pay online. You can put your order in and then they call you to get payment. I noticed that theyre prices were really good.
