This week has been a whirlwind. I'm fully licensed and will begin baking in a rented kitchen come Sept 1st. I don't know whether to jump up and down for joy or to cry. I talked with a local deli/resturant on Monday and she has agreed to rent me her kitchen after hours. Everything else just sort of fell into place. I have really prayed about taking this step forward and I believe the Lord has blessed me. The space is not as ideal as I would like it to be, it's small and not much room for storage that I want, but overall it's a great beginning. No more worring about the health inspector knocking at my door! I can put a small display up and meet with my clients for bridal consultations. I CAN advertise! Ya Hoo! I'm hoping as my business increases I can find a space of my own and build my own kitchen. With God all things are possible! Pam from Bama
