Hello, I've used the crusting buttercream from this site with great success. Can I use the faux fondant and add chocolate to it? If so, how much would I add? Do I then keep the same amounts for the other ingredients? I did a search for crusting chocolate and did not find one. Thanks for your help, Cassie

I use the Buttercream Dream recipe from this site and add about 3/4 cup of cocoa. You may have to add a little extra milk, but it crusts fine.

I make my fav buttercream then add about 1/4 cup or so of cocoa (Ghirardelli it is a mixture of ground chocolate and cocoa powder). After that is mixed in I melt chocolate candy melts and pour that in while my mixer is running and just add till I get the taste and color I want.
