Contact the City of RedDeer in the small business Dept. You will also have to contact the health dept too as they will have to inspect and pass your kitchen facilities.

I got all my info at the health dept you can't do anything until you meet there requirements. I had to find a food safe kitchen before I could get my business licience and had to have it inspected first. Once that was done the rest was easy. In B.C. you can't work from your home kitchen its not food safe since you probably use peanut butter and nuts. They also require a seperate fridge, and freezer. Hope this helps and good luck.
