i've only done this once, but it was similar to this.
I used regular BC as filling smooth it out then crushed the oreos and laid them right on top of the BC. I thought it was the best way to see and taste the oreos, instead of mixing it with the BC. Kids loved it...adults that had a bite of it, liked it too.
