Dora cake pan

To all,

I would like to ask everybody, how much will you charge if you use the Dora cake pan? I have a friend who wants me to make this kind of cake but I don't know how to price her. Is $30 low or high?

I understand that those of us who do character pan cakes charge right about that... they aren't as easy as one may think, and they deserve to be charged as any other cake would that would feed that same amount of people..

I've charged around $25 to $30 for character pans. They are very time consuming. They do look great oncethey are completed.

I agree. I would probably want to charge $30 but end up charging $25. I always undercharge. If they will pay $30, then I say go for it.

Thank you very much for the quick reply, I just need to know if I'm overcharging her. I have to make the cake this coming Thursday so at least I know if she's going to say yes or not.

I charge $35.00 for my character cakes and have no problem getting that!!

My character cakes start at 25.00. However, I do tell clients that more detailed pans cost more. For Dora...I would charge at least 30.00. People have never argued about the prices when they see hoe detailed it is!

I did the dora pan a couple of weeks ago i charged 30 dollars. The cakes does take a while to do
