I would just like to thank the person (I'm sorry I don't have the name with me right now) who posted the Costco Vanilla Cream Cheese Filling recipe. I used it in a sheet cake this weekend and it was a really big hit with the young kids and adults alike. A three-year old came over to tell me how much he liked my cake, especially the "cream stuff" inside. I did change up the recipe a little, though. This is what I used (and I must say this made WAY too much to fill a 11X15 sheet cake - so I had a lot left over):

1 8oz cream cheese softened
2 small box french van instant pudding
2 envelopes of dream whip
1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla

I didn't use the Knox gelatin which was in the recipe I was using and I used less milk and the mixture came out nice and thick and stood up very well in the cake and the hot weather.

Thanks again!
