I am new to the area, having just moved here from Colorado. I live in Lebanon, TN which is about 30 miles NE of Nashville. I had a small business in CO doing desserts and cakes. Have not started here at this time due to unpacking and my day job icon_cry.gif

Just wondered if there were any other cake decorator addicts like me in my area.

I'm not real close (knoxville)- about 2 hours, but I am a cake fanatic too!
I just love it. I do it semi-professionally, but am really wanting to do it full time. Hopefully one day. Welcome to the area!

Thanks everyone. Trying to get things sorted out and start decorating again. This site is wonderful icon_biggrin.gif
I have baked a couple of cakes since I have been here, not having to deal with the high altitude is great!!! I am wanting to take some advanced classes and learn gumpaste but nothing in the area is offered. Thinking about ordering the DVD set from earlenecakes.com.
Has anyone taken one of her classes or ordered any of the DVD's. They are a bit pricy so I want to make sure they are worth the investment.
