Hi-
Got an email today asking for a tiger face cake, "like those fondant creations you see on food network". Wondering what I should charge her per serving, as I have never done a sculpted cake before. This may require me to purchase an airbrush, too. Plus, if any of you have any tips on sculpted cakes, please share. Going to try to post a pic of a cake like the one I have in mind.

I guess it depends on your going rate in your area. I have seen sculpted cakes go for $10-$20 per serving. I personally would not do it for less than $7 per serving. That looks to be a lot of work and so don't sell yourself short.
