I post the good things that happen so that new bakers can see what great things can happen in this business. When things are good...they are FABULOUS.

and then there is the drawbacks...the crazy people, customers, unpaid orders...the crazy people...the stress, the bills...

I KNOW that I am an accomplished decorater and a truly NICE person, if a bit sarcastic at times..( weird sense of humor..lol) I KNOW what my limitations are..what I can or cannot do.

I try NOT to bite off more than I can chew, I can do MOST things...but I know I cannot do EVERYTHING and I inform people accordingly.

I'm not trying to brag on myself nor am I trying to discourage new decorators by my postings.

I just want to let people know the very real things that can happen to us when we decide to play with sugar! lol

I like hearing the good and bad myself. I think it's great to hear the good things that gives us hopes and also the bad things that keep us grounded.

I like to see both sides of the coin so I know that no matter what crappy thing happens to me... so and so has been through that, or worse!! Also, I like to share in your (I'm using the royal 'your') triumphs and joys as well! It's comforting to see it all!

I like to hear the good and the bad. It helps to know we all go thru the same sorta things.
