Kopykake Customer Sevice Is Great!!!!

Well with all the bad customer service stories I have heard lately (Wilton, Sugarcraft, etc...) I thought I would share my good experience with KopyKake.
I had a cake due tomorrow and needed an edible image. So I just tried to print it out today. When I pulled it out of the printer it had red "dots or drips" all over the picture. The ink is so expensive so I didn't want to reprint it without getting "technical help" so I called KopyKake.
I didn't have alot of hope with it being a Sat. afternoon at 5:30 but thought I would give it a shot. I called the 800 number and he said he wasn't sure but gave me the name and number of someone who may be able to help. So I gave him a call and he led me throught the process to check every thing and reset what needed to be reset. (Or whatever, I am not very good with printers, computers, ect...)
I printed out a new picture and it worked great!!! They saved the day. And a big headache.
Anyway...will continue to use them for all my edible image needs...
Hurray! Glad to hear it. : ) I have always loved my projector and airbrush from them but never needed customer service yet. It's good to know it's there.
I too had an issue with my new kopy kake ink cartriages and when I called customer service the guy there was great! He was very patient, knew exactly what my issue was and walked me through correcting the problem. I was very impressed!
i also use the kopykake ink and i bought the refills which is alot cheaper and will refill several times, its simple unlike trying to refill regular cartridges, maybe you can check on the ink refills.
