I am making a wedding cake in april 08, the bride wants gardenias as a topper. Does anyone know where I can find instructions on how to make gum paste gardenias? I figured 'd start practices now so I can have them right by April.

thanks in advance.

Nicholaslodge.com has a video for gardenias and peonies. It is a terrific video.
Cake. So many flavors, so little time.

Hi,

I did a demonstration on gum paste Gardenias at the recent ICES Convention in Omaha. If you would like a copy of my handout, let me know how I can email or otherwise post it, and I will be glad to send it to you.

To the lady in Austrailia who requested the handout:

I have been trying and trying all weekend to send it to you, but it just won't go. Maybe someone else who did receive it could try forwarding it to you.

Regards,
AuntieG
